Mass General Brigham will be presenting on a new automation that applies Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to paper denial correspondence. The automation creates a denial import file using the outputs of the ABBYY Vantage OCR software for paper denials correspondence, allowing the follow up team to use same process for paper and electronic denials.
