Latest Updates:

All, I wanted to share the research paper that was referenced during todays "Technology Forum - Agentic Heat Check" webinar. It's a very data heavy read, but there are some good nuggets of information in there. You can find it HERE, as well as in the Presentations & Recordings post along with the recording and presentation HERE.

Recently, on the 4/16 webinar (HERE) we talked about agents and some of the tools that are internal/external to your automation platform and/or organization. One of those tools that is internal to your organization, and can integrate with UiPath, is CoPilot - which has recently integrated with Claude. As I have been monitoring the ever improving AI landscape, I have also been trying to use the products as they release and are made available. A popular resource I use for this is good old Youtube… specifically Anders Jensen; I recommend watching his videos and staying in touch with his content.
He recently released a video covering some of the functions the Claude/Copilot integration can assist with and I think it is worth a watch for those of us that use Microsoft products (basically everyone). The use cases covered in the demo are pretty "Citizen" in nature, but you can start to think of the other operational uses within your organization; specifically those pesky reporting-based use cases that never go away. Add another tool to your toolbelt!
Disclaimer - you need a premium copilot license, not the basic plan, to leverage this integration.
Give it a watch! Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3aYoq6rKWk

Check out the new website everyone. If you could give us any feedback that would be awesome. Hopefully it more accurately represents what we are about.

Availity Update: I was just speaking with a member about their Trusted Partner Agreement with Availity. They shared two pieces of information that I thought would be beneficial to the community:
1. API pricing - Some APIs, for example the Advanced Claim Status APIs, actually require several API calls to get the information you need (or might expect to get with 1 API call). Not only does this increase the complexity of build (slightly) but it also impacts the price-for-value argument. The Trusted Partner Agreements come with a per API call price (and a monthly minimum), so you would be charged 3x, in the case of Advanced Claim Status, for the value you were anticipating to get with 1 API call.
2. Advanced Claim Status Payers - "Look at the payers very closely". Availity has only two major payers live on their Advanced Claim Status API (e.g., BCBS and Humana). In this instance, they are actually losing some volume (although gaining stability and speed) by switching off of RPA and onto the API.

We just published our new UHC claim status automation integrated directly into Epic. Take a look and see what you think.
