Patient and payer correspondence has to be retrieved and filed before downstream teams can act on it, and doing this manually is slow. UHC posts letters and documentation to its portal that have to be pulled down and saved where staff can use them. Logging in and downloading each document by hand is repetitive, and correspondence left on the portal isn't visible to the teams who need it.

This automation logs into the UHC portal, retrieves the posted letters and documentation, and saves them to a shared drive.
