Enrolling patients in pharmacy auto-refill means matching each prescription to the right patient record and configuring delivery and dispensing details, one prescription at a time. Doing this enrollment by hand from an input file is repetitive, and errors in matching can enroll the wrong prescription or miss one a patient relies on.
