Problem Statement

Timekeeping has to stay accurate and consistent across systems, and a missed clock punch leaves a gap that has to be corrected in the time system and mirrored in the HR system. Fixing each missed punch in both places manually is repetitive, and out-of-sync timecards create payroll errors.

Automation Solution

This automation updates missed punch in/out values in Kronos and reflects the same values in PeopleSoft to keep timekeeping aligned across systems.
