Epic depends on a web of production integrations, MUSE, Tower, WebBlob, PACS, and external web links like CDC and UpToDate, and if one of those connections silently breaks, clinicians don't find out until they hit the failure mid-workflow. Checking each integration by hand on a routine basis is tedious and easy to skip, which is exactly how a broken link goes unnoticed until it disrupts care.

Automation Solution

This automation verifies Epic production integrations by logging in and testing access to MUSE, Tower, WebBlob, PACS, and CDC/UpToDate web links, and triggers a ServiceNow ticket when web-link access fails after three attempts.
