Recurring services like physical, speech, and occupational therapy generate a series of visits, but until a Health Account Record exists for them, the financial clearance team can't see the work coming. These accounts land in a "No HAR" workqueue waiting for the record to be created, and the longer they sit, the less lead time clearance has to handle eligibility and authorization reviews before service. Creating each HAR manually is repetitive, and late creation compresses the window for the upfront financial work.

Automation Solution

This automation auto-generates Health Account Records (HARs) for accounts in the "No HAR" workqueue, covering recurring services and scheduled visits, so financial clearance has earlier visibility into upcoming eligibility and authorization demand.
