Problem Statement

Reporting and analytics depend on a daily feed of financial data, but when the source system can't provide an automated file feed, the daily files have to be pulled from CPSI by hand. That manual pull is repetitive and breaks down exactly when coverage is thin, on weekends, holidays, and during PTO, interrupting the continuous reporting the data supports.

Automation Solution

This automation downloads the daily Aged Trial Balance (ATB), transactions, and unbilled files from CPSI and uploads them to internal workflow and analytics tools to maintain continuous reporting.
