Problem Statement

Reporting and analytics depend on a daily feed of financial data, but when the source system can't provide an automated file feed, the daily Aged Trial Balance and transactions files have to be pulled from Cerner by hand. That manual pull is repetitive and breaks down exactly when coverage is thin, on weekends, holidays, and during PTO, leaving gaps in the downstream reporting.

Automation Solution

This automation downloads the daily Aged Trial Balance (ATB) and transactions files from Cerner and uploads them to internal workflow and analytics tools, including on days when staff coverage would otherwise create gaps.
