Letters of Guarantee confirm a payer's or sponsor's commitment to cover a patient's services, and billing can't move the account forward without the LOG in hand. When these documents land in OnBase but aren't pulled through to the billing folder, billers have to stop and hunt for them manually, and accounts stall while the guarantee sits one system away from where the work happens. Those delays lengthen time-to-cash and risk revenue leakage on services that are covered but can't be cleanly billed.
