When inbound correspondence fails to import, each error has to be matched back to its source record before anyone can fix it, which means joining the error file's line numbers and reasons to the original import file. Doing that matching manually is tedious, and unresolved import errors leave correspondence stuck and unworkable.

This automation matches correspondence import-error line numbers and reasons against the source file from SFTP and stages the combined detail for Operations to remediate.
