Problem Statement

Charges entered without a qualified billing contact land in the charge router workqueue flagged as "no contacts found," where they hold until someone manually locates or creates an appropriate contact to release them. While those charges sit unworked they remain unbilled, adding to Discharged Not Final Billed (DNFB) days and delaying cash.

Automation Solution

This automation works the "no contacts found" workqueue by either locating a qualified contact or creating one where needed, releasing the charge so it can move to billing.
