Problem Statement

Purchase order documents arrive in a shared inbox and have to be read and indexed into the document system before they can be processed, and doing this by hand is repetitive clerical work. Until each PO's key details are captured and indexed, the document isn't available to the downstream invoicing process.

Automation Solution

This automation collects purchase orders from a shared email inbox, extracts the key information from the invoices, and indexes them into OnBase.
