Problem Statement

Registration and demographic errors made up front cascade downstream into eligibility denials and rejected claims, and correcting them manually is repetitive. Accurate registration is what lets the resulting claims bill cleanly the first time. When a patient requests an address change through the portal, the request arrives as an InBasket message that someone has to open and act on. Working these one by one is routine clerical work, and an unprocessed request leaves stale demographics that can misroute billing and correspondence.
