Problem Statement
Coverage and benefit details must be confirmed and entered accurately before billing, and doing this manually at volume is slow and error-prone. When an account needs an insurance update that can't be resolved from available data, the only path forward is to ask the patient but reaching out to each one individually is slow, so these accounts stall waiting on information only the patient can provide.
