Doing this by hand at peak volume is slow and error-prone, and a misread or dropped application means an applicant's coverage isn't set up.

This automation processes Medicare AEP applications by downloading each application PDF, extracting the applicant data with document understanding, compiling a batch file, and uploading it for Gold Approval, then distributing an output file with a transaction summary to stakeholders.
