Problem Statement

During COVID, redeploying staff meant combining manager survey responses about who had or needed staff with employee detail from the HR system, so HR could match supply to need. Assembling that labor pool by hand was slow, and delays held up getting available staff where they were needed.

Automation Solution

This automation combines the Redcap manager survey responses with Lawson employee details to maintain the Labor Pool sheet, then notifies HR so they can resume matching staff to need.
