When a patient misses an appointment, a no-show letter has to go out, and for behavioral health it has to be produced in the patient's primary language and routed for mailing. Generating each letter manually across missed Behavioral Health appointments is repetitive, and missed follow-up on a no-show can mean a patient drops out of needed behavioral-health care.

Automation Solution

This automation identifies missed Behavioral Health appointments in Epic, generates a no-show letter encounter in the patient's primary language, saves it as a PDF to a network folder for mailing, and reports the sent letters to the business.
